Welcome to Kitemaker. As with all other online offerings, our services are delivered within a predefined legal framework, as set out below.

The Kitemaker service is delivered to you by Kitemaker AS (hereinafter referred to as ‘Kitemaker’ or ‘we’), a company registered in Norway under organization number 922 547 297 and have our registered office at: Sletteveien 34, 1785 Halden, Norway.

By using the kitemaker.co web sites (“Service”), all services of Kitemaker AS (“Kitemaker”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Kitemaker reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. It is understood by you and your users that any violation of the following Terms of Service will result in the termination of your Account. You also agree to use the Service at your own risk.

You represent that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service. If you are using Kitemaker as a representative of a company or legal entity, (i) you represent that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of that company or entity, and (ii) you agree that the terms “you” and “your” in this Agreement refers to your company or legal entity.

Account Terms

1. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
2. You have the legal authority to bind Customer and is lawfully able to enter into contracts.
3. You must provide your full legal name, valid email address and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
4. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as you’d like.
5. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Kitemaker cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
6. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
7. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

User Terms

If you have been invited to join an account on the Service, you are bound by these additional terms of use along with the others in this document.

1. You must be a human and over the age of 16. Users registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
2. Your access is tied to a Customer account. Your continued access to that account is at their pleasure.
3. If you wish to terminate your access, contact the Customer.
4. You acknowledge and agree that the Customer Data is owned by Customer including such data that you enter into the Services.
